Professional management services company Aalto, LLC (d/b/a “Aülto”) announced it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Dr. Michael Wexler’s Advancements in Allergy and Asthma Care, Ltd. ("AAAC"), a regional provider of allergy, asthma, and immunology services and a highly regarded leader in food allergies based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Aülto provides clinical, administrative, and technology support to meet the changing needs of AAAC and its patients while focusing on improving quality of patient care, outcomes, and experience.
While many independent physicians have felt forced to consolidate with larger health systems, Aülto and AAAC share a view that improving patient care and the happiness of medical staff is most effectively accomplished in an independent setting.
