debbie peterson, cfnp

Debra (Debbie) Peterson is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been with Advancements in Allergy and Asthma Care ("AAAC") since 1998.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Columbia Union College in Takoma Park, MD while serving on active duty in the United States Navy.  She began her time in the military as a hospital corpsman and was then commissioned an officer after becoming an RN. After 8 years on active duty, with the majority of service in Bethesda, MD, Debbie returned home to Minnesota.  She received her Master of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in 1998.  Debbie appreciates the family atmosphere at AAAC and has enjoyed being able to care for 3 generations in multiple families.
 
Debbie lives in a suburb of the Twin Cities with her husband, Randy. They have 2  married sons and 6 grandchildren.  She enjoys regularly scheduled long weekend trips with her entire family and attending her grandchildren’s activities.
