Please read below for our latest COVID updates and thank you to all of our patients and families for adhering to these protocols. We understand the inconvenience some of these COVID protocols may bring but we appreciate your understanding and patience during this time!
Mask Requirements: We require all patients, family members, and anyone visiting our clinic to wear a mask at all times in our clinic unless you are under the age of two.
COVID Screening*: Upon arriving at our clinic all visitors are required to do a temperature check and review the screening questions. The temperature check and screening questions are just inside our main clinic lobby doors.
*If you, your child, or anyone in your family is experiencing any flu-like symptoms (e.g fever with cough/respiratory symptoms) please contact our clinic to reschedule your appointment for a later date when healthy. Additionally,
Patients and Visitors: Please limit the number of family members visiting our clinic for your appointments and do not bring family members unless necessary. It is our goal to ensure safe social distancing practices and to limit any potential exposure to COVID-19. The safety of our staff and patients are our top priority.
Air Filtration/Purifying Units: We have added high performing air purifiers with HEPA filtrations from IQAir that are designed to be very effective for allergies and asthma. While these units help improve the air quality in the clinic, they are also used in our spirometry testing area. The filters are used in conjunction with PPE, helping ensure we can continue to offer safe testing for patients and staff.
Allergy Shots: All allergy shot treatments are available to patients, including starting new allergy injection programs. As a reminder, all patients are required to schedule their shots in order to maintain safe social distancing guidelines. We are open for regular shot and clinic hours
Telehealth: While scheduled in-clinic appointments and services are always welcomed and available, we have expanded access to care through telehealth. Telehealth is available to both new and existing patients, and is a convenient way to receive high quality care from our team from the comfort of your home. Our telehealth appointments allow for a face-to-face visit with one of our providers and can be scheduled during regular clinic hours. Additionally, these virtual visits can take place on your computer or phone. Instructions to access your telehealth appointment are given when scheduling. Telehealth visits typically cost the same as an office visit and are covered by most insurance plans.

Coronavirus and Asthma Patients:
Patients with asthma should remain on their current medications
Specifically, continuing maintenance medications such as inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) as they have been shown to prevent or reduce asthma exacerbation. It is important to make sure your asthma is under control.
Begin yellow zone of asthma action plan at the first sign of any illness with chest symptoms. There is no harm in following the yellow zone proactively. However, it is not recommended to use the albuterol inhaler or nebulizers unless symptomatic.
Please make an appointment with us if you feel a need to adjust asthma medications.
